If you’re looking for a pure adrenaline rush in the Picos de Europa, this adventure is for you! On this roughly 3-hour route, you’ll conquer the most exposed sections of Cantabria: El Milar and the legendary Escalera al Cielo. You’ll brave the heights by crossing chain bridges and a spectacular 50-metre ladder suspended in mid-air, enjoying an intense yet completely safe experience led by expert guides.
In the Hermida Gorge, very close to the Picos de Europa National Park, the El Milar via ferrata awaits you. A short but exhilarating route that will challenge your senses as you tackle vertical walls, horizontal traverses with overhangs and a spectacular zip line that will have you soaring over the River Deva. Accompanied at all times by a qualified mountain guide, you’ll enjoy a 3.5-hour experience in total, including 1.5 hours of pure rock climbing, taking in unique landscapes and experiencing the thrill in complete safety.
