Break the routine and come and experience a real sunset sailing through the Montgrí Natural Park with a glass of cava to celebrate.
Climb aboard a spacious Menorquina in L'Estartit, and experience a 1. 5 hour shared crossing at sunset. Sail between imposing cliffs, cross the spectacular Roca Foradada tunnel and discover the secrets of the Medes Islands marine reserve with the explanations of the guide on board. Then, jump into the water for a refreshing 15-minute dip and relax as you watch the sky turn warm colours. A perfect plan to activate your holiday mode and return to port with your batteries fully charged.
What we will do
We will start the adventure punctually at the meeting point in L'Estartit, Girona. There, the organisers will welcome us to board a fantastic large Menorquina, a traditional motor boat, spacious and perfect for comfortable and stable sailing. Once we are settled on deck, we will leave the harbour behind us just as the daylight begins to get softer.
We will set sail towards the Natural Park for a complete round trip around the archipelago of the 7 Medes Islands. As the sun slowly descends, we will go along the Montgrí Coast to contemplate its majestic cliffs and we will reach La Foradada, an impressive natural hole in the rock that will leave us speechless. Throughout the trip, a guide accredited by the natural park itself will give us fascinating explanations about the geology and the rich fauna of this protected reserve.
We will enjoy a complimentary glass of cava to toast while the sky is tinged with an incredible symphony of warm colours. Before heading back, the boat will stop for an optional 15-minute swim in the open sea. Those who wish can equip themselves with the masks and snorkels included to explore underwater in the last light of day.
We will return to the port of departure after an hour and a half of route, with a relaxed body, a shared drink and a mind full of indelible memories in the heart of the Costa Brava.

The experience is suitable for everyone from 0 years of age.
Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
It is not compulsory to know how to swim to take the boat trip, as the swimming stop is completely optional. However, it is required to know how to swim if you intend to enter the water during the anchoring.
The boat is adapted and suitable for people with reduced mobility (it is advisable to arrive early to facilitate boarding and to inform the organisers in advance) .

The experience is available all year round, adapting departure times according to the season to coincide exactly with the time of sunset.
The excursion takes place in a shared group, requiring a minimum of 5 participants to confirm the departure and with a maximum capacity of 30 passengers on board.
The meeting point area has a paid car park, although if you prefer, there is a free car park in the beach area, located about 15 minutes walk away . If you choose to arrive by public transport, bus stops will drop you off about 10 minutes walk from the boat.
Pets are not allowed on board and in the beach area due to nature reserve regulations.
All activities at sea are subject to weather conditions, so the route or swimming time may vary for safety reasons in case of bad sea conditions.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
