Relax body and mind for 2 hours with this spa circuit in Sallent de Gállego . Move at your own pace between the different stations: massage benches, cervical waterfalls, steam bath. .. While you admire the mountains behind the large windows.
A wellness break in the heart of the Pyrenees to take a deep breath, release tension and leave feeling much lighter.
What we will do
Our journey to wellness begins at the spa located in Sallent de Gállego, in the heart of the Tena Valley.
We will be welcomed by the reception staff, where we will receive some instructions on how to make the most of the circuit. Afterwards, we will go to the changing rooms to calmly change and leave our belongings in the lockers before entering the wellness area .
A space of almost 1000 m² dedicated to wellness awaits us, with large windows that look directly onto the mountains. We will start to move at our own pace in the leisure pool area, letting ourselves be enveloped by the hot water while we try out the massage benches, the swan necks, the cervical waterfalls and the different jets, always with the landscape of the Tena valley in the background.
We will alternate moments of heat and contrast: dry sauna, steam bath with a starry sky, essence caldarium and sanarium with chromotherapy, combined with sensation showers, cold water pools, ice fountain and footbaths to reactivate circulation. Between one station and the next, we can lie on the heated loungers in front of the large windows or go outside to the solarium to breathe in the fresh air and let the body finish relaxing.
Access to the spa lasts 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for all ages.
Children must be 10 years old or 1. 40 metres tall . Children between 10 and 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Other information
The spa is open from December until Easter and in July and August.
Access and reception are open from 17: 00 to 22: 00 from Monday to Saturday and from 17: 00 to 20: 00 on Sundays.
A maximum of 50 people are accepted at any one time.
Changing rooms with lockers and showers are available on the premises. There is also a towel rental service , sale of hats, swimming costumes and flip-flops.
Free public parking is available in the area. It is not possible to get there by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
