Full description
Barcelona is best enjoyed with a drink in your hand and the sea breeze caressing your face.
Give yourself a break with this 1 or 2 hour sailing tour of Barcelona's coastline. Set sail from Port Olímpic to admire the skyline of Barcelona while enjoying drinks and snacks on board.
Take the opportunity to take a dip in the open sea and let the Mediterranean reset you - get on board!
What we will do
The skipper will meet us 10 minutes before the booked time at the meeting point in Barcelona's Port Olímpic about 10 minutes before the booked time. As we cast off and start sailing around the harbour, we will listen to a brief safety briefing of about 5 minutes to familiarise us with the rules of behaviour on board.
We will set sail past the coast to pass by Frank Gehry' s impressive Peix d'Or, one of the architectural jewels of Barcelona's coastline. During the navigation, the crew will serve a selection of drinks and snacks while we relax to the sound of the sea.
Once in the open sea, and provided that the conditions allow it, the captain will stop the boat so that we can enjoy a refreshing 15-minute swim in the Mediterranean waters.
We'll continue our route, marvelling at the Barcelona skyline from a privileged perspective: the Sagrada Familia, Montjuïc Castle. .. And, if we have time, we will even go to the area around the Port Vell.
Finally, we will start our way back enjoying the sea breeze until we reach the Moll de la Marina again. The duration of the activity will be 1 or 2 hours, depending on the option chosen.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for all ages.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Wheelchair users will be able to board with assistance and the wheelchair will be kept at the experience provider's office. It is important to take into consideration that the toilets on board are not adapted. It is recommended that you give advance notice of the presence of people with mobility impairments. You will receive contact details in the booking confirmation email.

The activity takes place all year round and the departures are confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Important : the departure of the sailing boat will be done with the maximum punctuality. If you arrive late, you will lose your right to participate.
You will sail on a modern sailing boat of between 10 and 15 metres in length. There are different boats available and the boat will be chosen according to availability. All have on board toilet , bathing ladder and fresh water shower on deck, shaded area , cushions and fridge.
Pets are not allowed on board.
Non-touring companions may wait in the harbour, where there is a walking area and several bars and cafes.
It is not possible to adapt the snacks for people with allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements, but we try to ensure that there is always enough variety for everyone to have a snack. You can also bring your own food and drink on board, as well as use the ship's fridge if space is available.
There are paid car parks in the Port Olímpic area of Barcelona. It is possible, and advisable, to reach the area by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
