Discover why paddle surfing is so engaging (and relaxing) with this 1-hour guided tour along the coast of Montgat.
Learn to paddle on a SUP board with a qualified instructor and venture out on a fun course that is sure to give you more than one dip. Ideal to get you started in this sport and to enjoy an hour of disconnection on the sea.
It will be a fun experience that will test your balance and coordination, you won't regret it!
What we will do
The meeting point is located in Montgat. It is advisable to arrive 15 minutes before the time indicated on the booking.
The first few minutes will be devoted to a briefing in which the instructors will explain the safety rules and how the activity will be carried out. Afterwards, we'll get kitted out and head to the shore for the fun to begin.
We will learn how to paddle on a paddle surf board, starting with the basics. We will learn what is necessary to enjoy this sporting activity while paddling on our own. We will start on our knees and, little by little, we will even be able to stand up.
As soon as we have a little more confidence on the SUP board, we will paddle out from Montgat beach and, depending on the wind, the instructor will decide whether to guide us towards Masnou or towards Badalona. In either case, we will be able to contemplate the attractions of this coastal area and its sandy beaches. In Masnou we will be able to see the marina and, further on, Ocata beach. If we move south, we will discover Badalona, the Pont del Petroli and the skyline of Barcelona.
Halfway along the route we will make a technical stop for 10 minutes to refresh ourselves with a well-deserved dip. Afterwards, we will return to Montgat after 1 hour of fun.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for beginners and is open to children aged 4 and over.
Children up to 8 years old must be accompanied, from this age it will be sufficient to present a signed authorisation.
It is not necessary to know how to swim.
Participants who have any doubts about the suitability of the activity are advised to contact the organiser using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation email.
Other information
The activity is available from 1 May to 30 September and will be confirmed if a group of at least 5 participants is reached.
Groups of 11 or more are entitled to a reduced rate:
- 11 to 24 participants: adults 21 euros, children 15 euros.
- 25 or more participants: adults 18 euros, children 12 euros.
Paid parking is available nearby and it is possible to arrive by train from Barcelona.
Facilities with changing rooms and lockers are available for participants.
Accompanying persons can wait in the school facilities, where there is achill out area .

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
