A boat without a licence, the Mediterranean Sea and the Migjorn Marine Reserve as a backdrop. Sounds good, doesn't it?
You can explore the south coast of Mallorca by setting sail from S'Estanyol de Migjorn- and you don't need a sailing licence! After a short training and a little practice with an expert skipper, you can sail at your own pace between Cala Pi and Colonia de Sant Jordi. On board you'll have everything you need to make the most of this spectacular protected environment.
You decide how long the adventure lasts: 2, 4 or 8 hours of sea, sun and freedom.
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the office located in S'Estanyol de Migjorn, Mallorca.
You will be met by the staff in charge who will give you a brief talk on safety rules and explain how to handle the boat . In addition, an expert skipper will do the first stretch with you, from the mooring to the exit of the port. This will give you time to practise a little until you become autonomous.
You will also receive indications on which coves to visit, which route to take and where to anchor, as you will be in the Migjorn Marine Reserve and it is not allowed to drop anchor in a seaweed area. Between Cala Pi and Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find innumerable spots where you can spend the day, while respecting the limits indicated for sailing without a licence.
You will sail in one of these two boats: Mareti 450 or Remus 450. Both are 4.5 metres long and have a 15 hp engine. In addition, they are equipped with bluetooth music system, awning, bathing ladder, large solarium... On board you will also find a portable cooler: remember the ice to cool your drinks and snacks!
The experience will last a total of 2, 4 or 8 hours, depending on the option chosen during the booking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone. To rent the boat you must be of legal age.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The boat is not easily accessible for people with mobility problems. If you think you will need assistance during embarkation, it is advisable to let us know in advance. You will receive contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Other information
The charter is available from May to September and can be for 2, 4 or 8 hours, depending on the option chosen at the time of booking.
The choice of boat will depend on availability. The Remus is a little more spacious and for this reason is often used for family trips.
A deposit of 300 euros must be paid before boarding , either by credit card or cash deposit.
It will also be necessary to pay for fuel according to consumption: 20 euros for 2-hour trips, 30 euros for 4-hour trips and 45 euros for 8-hour trips.
It is advisable to be barefoot on board.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
There is a free car park very close to the meeting point and a bus stop nearby.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
