Follow your instincts and enjoy nature with a quad biking tour through the best of Tenerife.
This 3-hour ride will take you deep into the municipality of La Orotava, until you reach the Teide National Park. You will be able to immerse yourself in spectacular volcanic landscapes and contemplate a sea of clouds stretching to the horizon.

What we will do
The meeting point is in Puerto de la Cruz, where the guide will be waiting for us 10 minutes before departure.
After the introductions, we will have to fill in the participation forms and then we will start the theoretical part of the experience: a brief briefing about the activity and the rules of the road and safety. We will continue with a practical part to learn how to handle the quad and we will be ready to start the tour.
We will head to the oldest municipality of Tenerife, La Orotava, and from there we will ascend to the Teide National Park. During the trip we will make 2 stops, during which we will be able to appreciate the impressive volcanic landscapes, unique in the world. With a bit of luck, the famous sea of clouds will unfold before us until it disappears into the horizon.
To regain our strength, we will take advantage of one of the stops to enjoy a typical Canarian snack with a soft drink. Afterwards, we will start our return journey back to the starting point full of good memories. In total we will cover 75 kilometres of asphalted roads that cross the island.
The activity will last approximately 3 hours and a half, of which 3 hours will be spent driving.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for beginners, it is not necessary to have experience driving a quad.
To participate you must have a B driving licence or equivalent and be of legal age. Foreign licences will be accepted as long as the driver is at least 18 years old.
The minimum age to participate as a passenger is 7 years old.
The maximum weight per quad must not exceed 170 kg.
The activity is not suitable for people with motor disabilities or pregnant women.
Other information
The experience is available all year round .
It is possible to do the route on either a single quad or a double quad. On the double quads, the driver and passenger can be swapped halfway through the route if both are eligible to drive at an extra cost of 20 euros .
We advise you to inform the organiser in advance of any allergies or intolerances in order to have analternative snack . You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
It is not possible to participate with dogs.
Free parking is available near the meeting point.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
