Set off to discover what goes on beneath the surface of the Costa Brava!
Join this 2-hour guided itinerary and explore the emblematic Mar Menuda Beach in a small group full of good vibes. Feel the weightlessness while a certified instructor accompanies you in the water at all times, helping you to spot species of all kinds. A fresh, lively and perfect experience to enjoy alone or in company.
What we will do
We will arrive about 15 minutes before the start time at the meeting point in Tossa de Mar, Girona. After being welcomed by the team, we will change clothes and attend a safety briefing of about 15 to 20 minutes. In this session the guide, who is a qualified diving instructor, will explain how to use the equipment correctly and how to move around the seabed in a respectful way.
With the wetsuit on (if necessary) and fins ready, we will walk a few metres to the adjacent Mar Menuda Beach to begin the surface dive. We will enter the water from the sand progressively, adapting to the marine environment at our own pace. As it is a small group, the atmosphere is very exclusive and sociable from the first moment in the water.
We will enjoy between 1 and 1. 5 hours of fascinating guided snorkelling, where the instructor will be underwater with us at all times. We will observe the vibrant life of the Costa Brava, swimming among schools of local fish and admiring the peculiar rock formations that characterise this geographical area. The guide will point out the fauna hidden among the rocks so that we don't miss any detail of the Mediterranean biodiversity.
At the end of the adventure, we will return to the centre where we can shower and change comfortably in the facilities before saying goodbye to the team. In total, we will complete an enriching 2-hour experience full of discoveries, laughter and total disconnection on one of Girona's best-known beaches.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for beginners. No previous experience is required.
The minimum age to participate is 8 years old.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
It is essential to know how to swim.
Pregnant women can join the activity and do the route at their own risk.
The activity is not adapted for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility problems.
Other information
The experience is available from May to October with a departure every day at 12: 30 pm.
The activity is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants and is carried out in shared groups of up to 8 people.
Parking is available in the immediate vicinity with regulated street parking and a public car park located just 200 metres from the dive club.
It is entirely feasible to get there by public transport with a short 10 minute walk to the facilities.
The facilities have fully equipped changing rooms and showers for comfortable changing at the end of the dive.
Pets are not allowed in the centre or during the experience.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
