Just a few metres from the asphalt, the Fòrum coastline hides a surprisingly lively spot. During this snorkelling experience in Barcelona, you'll discover a Mediterranean ecosystem where sea bream, salps, bream and even the odd octopus swim, all under the guidance of an expert instructor .
A perfect experience to disconnect, refresh yourself and rediscover the sea without leaving the city. Are you up for a dive?
What we will do
The meeting point in Barcelona, in the Fòrum area, will be 10 minutes before the indicated time.
Upon arrival, our instructor will welcome us with the material already prepared. We will start with a theoretical briefing of about 5-10 minutes, where we will learn the basic safety rules, how the activity will be and how the snorkelling equipment works.
After changing in the changing rooms, it's time to jump into the water.
We will be surprised to discover so much life under the surface so close to the city. The Fòrum area is a real marine refuge. Accompanied by an instructor, you'll explore a sheltered corner of the coastline where sea bream, salps, bream and, with a bit of luck, octopus swim. It all depends on the season... and our ability to observe.
After about 40 minutes of snorkelling, we will return to the dive centre to return the equipment, shower and change in peace and quiet. The total duration of the experience will be 1 hour and a half.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is available for children aged 8 and over. Minors must be accompanied by an adult to sign the authorisation.
It is advisable to know how to swim and be in good physical condition. All participants will receive a medical self-responsibility form beforehand, which must be completed and signed.
The activity is not suitable for pregnant women, nor for people with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, ear problems or who have recently undergone surgery.
It is an activity designed for beginners and you do not need any kind of licence or previous experience to participate.

Other information
The activity is available from April to October, on Saturdays and Sundays.
The centre has mixed changing rooms, showers and lockers.
The price of the activity includes a souvenir photo out of the water.
Accompanying persons can wait in the centre area; dogs on leads are allowed.
Free parking is available and the meeting point is accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
