A tour in front of hidden coves and the most authentic coastline of the Costa Brava.
Sail from Roses to Cap Norfeu and Cala Jóncols on a 2-hour tour aboard a catamaran with underwater vision. An experience that combines nature, relaxation and postcard views.
A perfect trip for those looking for sea, landscape and tranquillity.
What we will do
You will meet at the meeting point in Roses 15 minutes before the departure time for boarding. We will board the Aquarium II catamaran , a boat adapted with underwater observation rooms and equipped to sail in total comfort.
After receiving a brief explanation on safety rules and behaviour during the tour, we will cast off and set sail, leaving the bay of Roses behind us. We will pass in front of Punta Falconera, along the cliffs and impressive rock formations, as we head towards Cala Murtra and Cala Montjoi, famous for housing the legendary restaurant El Bulli, before reaching the imposing Cap Norfeu. Here we will look for the silhouette of the well-known rock "el Gato" and, sea conditions permitting, we will enter the mysterious Tamariu Cave.
During the trip we will have an audio guide to keep track of everything that surrounds us. We can also go down to the glassed-in cabins to observe the seabed in the area, marvelling at the life hidden beneath the surface: fish, corals, starfish. .. The final stage will be in the bay of Cala Jóncols to relax surrounded by pure nature before setting off on the return journey.
The crossing will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for all ages.
Children from 0 to 3 years old do not pay, but it is possible to participate with a maximum of 2 free children per family.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult .
The boat is accessible for people with motor disabilities who can climb 3 steps with assistance. Only folding wheelchairs can be taken on board.

The experience is available from Easter to October.
You will sail on the Aquarium II, an impressive catamaran with a capacity for 200 people. It has underwater monitoring rooms , toilets, seating both inside and on the upper deck. .. On board you will also have access to an audio guide (included in the price) available in up to 8 different languages.
The activity is pet-friendly, but pets will not be allowed access to the underwater viewing area or be left unattended.
As an alternative to Roses, it is possible to embark in Santa Margarita. Please contact the tour organiser for more information; you will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Both paid and free parking is available near the meeting point in Roses, but parking is difficult to find in high season. It is possible to reach the area by public transport and walk for about 10 minutes.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
