In the Guadalmina canyon you will find jumps, pools and small abseils surrounded by the wild landscape of Benahavís. A refreshing and safe aquatic experience. Perfect to enjoy with the family or to get started in the world of canyoning.

What we will do
We will arrive at the meeting point in Benahavís, Málaga, 10 minutes before the scheduled time of the booking. There we will meet our guides, who we will follow in our private cars to the Guadalmina river canyon.
When we are all together, we will receive the material and we will be able to solve the first doubts. From the car park we will start a walk along a footbridge which, in about 30 minutes, will take us to the starting point.
Before entering the riverbed, we will review safety and progression in canyons. And then, yes, into the water! We'll start with an optional 4-metre jump to warm up and we'll continue on through swimming sections, small waterfalls, natural pools and narrow areas sculpted by the water. Along the route, we will complete up to 3 rappels, all accessible, with moderate heights and always assisted by the guides.
We will always follow the pace of the group, so that everyone can enjoy the experience in complete safety. It will be like a water park in the middle of nature, ideal for beginners in canyoning or to enjoy with the family. At the end, we will follow a 10-minute trail back to the cars.
The experience will last a maximum of 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
It is not necessary to have experience in canyoning and you can participate from 30 kg of weight, but it is advisable to be used to do some physical activity.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. You will need to inform the guide in advance if children will be participating. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women or people with motor disabilities. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the activity, please consult your doctor.
Other information
The activity is available all year round and is confirmed when a minimum group of 6 people is reached .
Important: you will have to communicate in advance to the guide the following information about each of the participants: height, height, weight, name and ID number. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
There will always be 2 guides to be able to follow the group in complete safety.
Please note that you will be in the middle of nature and that there are no facilities for changing or storing personal belongings.
Accompanying persons who do not participate will be able to stay and walk in the area, but they will be in a natural environment. Dogs may be kept on a lead.
In the area you will find free parking, but it is not possible to get there by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
