Get started in the world of via ferratas without depriving yourself of anything.
This experience in Vallcebre combines two vertical routes to make the most of the Berguedà. You'll start with the via ferrata la Canalassa, circular and undemanding, perfect for gaining confidence. Then, you'll have to go a little further and enter the final section of the via ferrata Roques de l'Empalomar, with a lateral traverse and a 12-metre bridge that will put the finishing touch to the adventure.

What we will do
The appointment will be at the indicated point in Vallcebre, 10 minutes before the booking time. Our guide will be waiting for us, handing us the equipment and giving us the first indications. From there, an easy 15-minute walk will take us to the start of the first via ferrata.
Before starting, the guide will give a briefing explaining how to use the equipment and how to progress along the route. From that moment on, the fun begins: a circular via ferrata that is not very demanding, perfect for gaining confidence. We will go up and down small sections equipped with clamps, steps and a fun 9-metre bridge. All at a maximum height of 20 metres and with the support of a guide at all times.
But it doesn't end there! Now that we have learned the main techniques, a 10-minute walk will take us to the last section of the via ferrata Roques de l'Empalomar. We'll avoid the most complicated part (a 130-metre wall) , but we'll be left with all the fun: a side traverse and a 12-metre bridge that will leave us with the best possible taste in our mouths.
The experience is rounded off with spectacular views in the heart of the Berguedà countryside which, on clear days, offer panoramic views from Montseny to the Pyrenees. The return will be just as easy, with another 15-minute walk back to the starting point.
The activity will last approximately 3 hours in total, of which we will spend just over 2 hours on the via ferrata.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary.
It can be done from the age of 10 years, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The maximum weight is 110 kg.
It is not recommended for pregnant women, as well as for people with cardiovascular problems, back or knee injuries. It is forbidden to do the activity under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The activity is not accessible for people with motor disabilities.
Other information
The activity can be done all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
There are no facilities with changing rooms or lockers. It is advisable to bring the minimum necessary, as you will have to leave valuables in the car.
Accompanying persons who do not participate may accompany the group to the start of the ferrata and/or do some hiking in the area. Dogs may be kept on a lead.
Free parking is available at the meeting point. It is not possible to reach the area by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
