Combine wine, landscape and movement in a unique experience in the Penedès.
Walk through the vineyards at your own pace, taste four wines from an award-winning winery and let yourself be enveloped by the colours and aromas of the Catalan countryside. In approximately 4 h 45 min you will live an experience that unites nature, tradition and pleasure: a complete visit to the winery, wine tasting and self-guided bike route through hills and rural roads.
What we will do
We will meet about 15 minutes before the agreed time at the meeting point in Font-rubí, in the heart of the Penedès. There we will begin a day combining wine, nature and cycling through endless vineyard landscapes.
We will start with a complete visit to the Miquel Jané winery, which includes a walk through the vineyards and an explanation of the local varieties, the soil and the climate that give identity to the wines of the Penedès. We will tour the facilities with the oenologists, who will reveal the secrets of wine production and ageing in simple terms.
Then comes the most eagerly awaited moment: a guided tasting of four wines -white , rosé, red and cava- produced in the winery itself and backed by international awards, accompanied by a small snack of local products. In total, this complete experience between vineyard, winery and tasting lasts approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes.
With the palate satisfied, we will take the bike and start the self-guided route through the vineyards, a circular route with 2 options: a short one of 4 km and a longer one of 13 km. We will go at our own pace, with a map and all the necessary indications so as not to miss any spot. The rural roads and the gentle hills of the Penedès offer a perfect panoramic view to enjoy the landscape, take photos and breathe fresh air.
When we return to the starting point, we will end the day with the sensation of having lived a complete experience: wine, nature and landscapes in perfect harmony.
In total, the activity lasts approximately 4 hours and 45 minutes, combining the visit with wine tasting and the bike route.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, although it is necessary to know how to ride a bicycle.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and are not allowed to drink wine during the tasting.
It is not suitable for people with mobility problems or pregnant women.
The activity is at an easy level.

Pets are not allowed, except in a carrier.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
