Ready for a challenge in the heights?
Dare to conquer one of the most spectacular ferratas in Catalonia. Les Baumes Corcades in Centelles is divided into 3 parts and has it all: it combines vertical climbing, a 70-metre suspension bridge and incredible views of the Montseny, the Vic Plain and the Pyrenees.
A complete experience that will test your balance, your technique and your desire for adventure. Take a deep breath and go for it!
What we will do
The appointment will be 10 minutes before the booking time at the meeting point in Centelles. There we will be met by the mountain guide, who will give us the technical equipment and give us a welcome talk.
After getting equipped, we will walk for about 15 minutes to the start of the via ferrata. Just before starting, we will complete the briefing on progression, use of the material and behaviour during the route.
The first part will test us with a totally vertical wall equipped with clamps and life wire. After overcoming this, we will walk to the second section, where an impressive 70 metre suspension bridge, suspended 300 metres above the ground, awaits us.
After crossing the bridge and walking another 10 minutes, we will reach the last section: the most physically demanding. But nothing can stop us and the guide will always be close by to help us progress safely.
During the route we will enjoy breathtaking views over the Plana de Vic, the Montseny, Les Agudes. .. And, if the day allows it, even the Pyrenees and the Vall de Núria. Once the route has been completed, a scenic 45-minute descent on foot awaits us until we return to the starting point.
The total duration of the experience will be between 3 and 5 hours, depending on the pace of the group.
Who it is aimed at
It is a via ferrata suitable for beginners, although it is not recommended for beginners with children and, given the characteristics of the activity itself, it will be necessary to have some physical preparation.
To take part you must be at least 1. 50 metres tall and weigh at least 40 kg. The maximum weight is 120 kg.
It is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart problems or overweight. In addition, it is not accessible for people with mobility problems.
Other information
It is possible to do the experience all year round. The activity will be confirmed if a minimum group of 4 people is reached .
The companions who do not participate can do a route in the area or go to the village of Centelles (5 minutes by car) .
A maximum of 14 people per group can participate. From 11 participants upwards, 2 guides will be assigned.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
