A walk in the mountains? Too easy.
With this rock climbing baptism in Chulilla, you will learn in a unique environment between the walls of the Turia canyon. A guide will teach you the basics and will accompany you on 2 or 3 safe routes adapted to your level, always with top rope.
Up to four hours of adventure, nature and self-improvement. An experience to enjoy a whole temple of climbing to the maximum.
What we will do
The meeting point is in Chulilla, Valencia. There we will meet with the guide and prepare the material before heading to the climbing area chosen for the day. The journey to the starting point is by private car, and then we will walk for about 20 minutes to get to the foot of the route.
At the foot of the wall, the guide will give a quick explanation and show us how the activity is done. Once we have seen the basics, it's time to put on our helmet and harness and get straight into action.
We'll start with a wall between 10 and 20 metres high, a simple level 4 route, ideal for making contact. The explanations will continue, combining theoretical and practical moments for a more dynamic learning. We will then try 2 or 3 other routes of varying difficulty, always adapted to our abilities. All of them are equipped in top rope mode, with the rope belaying from above so that we can climb with complete peace of mind.
As we climb, we will enjoy the spectacular views of the Turia canyon and the unique atmosphere of Chulilla, one of the best climbing areas in Spain.
The total duration of the activity will be between 3 and 4 hours, of which approximately 2 hours will be spent climbing.
Who it is aimed at
The activity can be done from the age of 6 years and no climbing experience is necessary.
Minors must have an authorisation signed by a legal guardian and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The maximum weight is 100 kg for women and 120 kg for men.
The activity is not suitable for pregnant women beyond their first trimester. It is also not recommended for people with mobility problems or recent injuries. We advise you to contact your doctor if you have any doubts about the suitability of the activity and to inform the guide of any pathology. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Other information
The activity is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum group of 4 people.
Accompanying persons who do not participate may attend as spectators. *They will have to pay the entrance fee to the Natural Park (1 euro).
The activity is perfect both as a first climbing experience and for people who have only climbed in a climbing wall. It is not recommended for those who have already climbed on rock before.
A transfer service is offered from Valencia, to be contracted directly with the organiser once the booking has been confirmed.
Free parking is available in the vicinity of the meeting point, but it is not possible to reach the area by public transport.
