What can the stars tell you? You've probably looked up at the immensity of the night and asked yourself more than one question.
Feel like a real astronomer for 3.5 hours in this ideal experience to escape from routine. Sailing through the waters of the Bay of Cadiz you will enjoy a complete explanation by a Sea Starlight certified instructor.
You will learn about constellations and you can go one step further with the virtual reality activity "Between the sea and the stars". Embark on this adventure.
What we will do
The skipper will meet you in Puerto Sherry 15 minutes before departure time.
You will board a 12-metre sailing boat equipped with all the comforts. In the first few minutes of sailing, the skipper will explain the basic rules of safety and behaviour on board.
From then on, you will decide the course. On shorter trips, it will be possible to sail to Puntilla beach or La Pepa bridge. If you have chosen a longer route, you can opt for the Ruta de la Muralla or go as far as Rota and go ashore to explore.
And, of course, there is always the option of anchoring in a quiet cove, enjoying a swim, sunbathing on the bow or simply letting yourself be carried out to sea under sail.
Throughout the trip, the skipper will be on hand to guide the route, answer questions and share interesting details about the coast of Cadiz.
The sailing will last between 2 and 8 hours, depending on what is selected during the booking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone.
Minors can participate with an adult or with a signed permit.
Both the port and the boat are accessible for people with reduced mobility, but it is not possible to board with a wheelchair.
People sensitive to seasickness are advised to take medication to prevent seasickness 1 hour before departure.

The activity takes place all year round. The exact departure time can be agreed with the skipper.
It is possible to use the private car park at Puerto Sherry by requesting authorisation from the organiser.
It is possible to take small dogs on board , but it is necessary to give prior notice so that the crew can be prepared.
We will sail on a 12 metre sailing boat equipped with bathroom, double cabin and saloon with sofa. It has a bathing ladder at the stern, solarium with mattress at the bow, fresh water shower, fridge and Bluetooth speaker.
It is intended to sail always under sail.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
