Visit the Rovellats family winery in Sant Martí Sarroca: you will walk through the modernist garden, visit the 15th century farmhouse and descend 12 metres underground to its cellar, the only one of its kind in the world. You'll finish with a guided tasting of 3 Reserva cavas paired with a Km0 aperitif of artisan cheeses and cured meats at .

What we will do
Our experience will begin punctually at this winery located in Sant Martí Sarroca, in the province of Barcelona. There we will be welcomed by the sommelier who will guide us through the visit and the tasting.
We will start by strolling through the modernist garden and visiting two historic buildings: the 15th century farmhouse and the family chapel. This will be the moment to learn about the history of this 100% family-run winery and its links with the world of cava and wine in the Penedès. If you wish, you can also visit the vineyards to experience the process from the vine to the bottle.
And then it's time to go down to the cellar, located 12 metres underground. As you delve into the process of making the wines and sparkling wines, you will be amazed by the beauty of a cellar that is unique in the world for its six-pointed star-shaped structure with a central rotunda, where the bottles rest during the ageing process.
On our return to the surface, we will taste 3 of the winery's cavas :
- Reserva Imperial Rosé Brut
- Reserva Imperial Brut
- Gran Reserva Original Brut Nature
The sommelier will help us to identify aromas, nuances and differences between each reference. In addition, we will enjoy an aperitif with two artisan cheeses and two types of cold meats, all km0.
The activity will last approximately 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The visit is suitable for all audiences and admission is free for children up to the age of 3.
Children from 4 years of age and pregnant women can take the tour without tasting and will receive water or a soft drink with the aperitif.
