The Navamarín meadow is a legendary enclave amidst quixotic landscapes.
On this visit you will discover the Aldonza winery, a place where wine, olive oil, cheese and saffron coexist among thousand-year-old junipers. You will go up to the vineyard, visit the underground cellar, the oil mill and the saffron room before enjoying a guided tasting of cava, wine and EVOO .
A few hours in the heart of La Mancha, surrounded by landscape, tradition and local produce.
What we will do
We will meet at the Aldonza winery in Munera, Albacete. The winery staff will welcome us and a guide will accompany us to discover the facilities, located in a unique enclave surrounded by the largest natural reserve of junipers in the world.
From the very beginning we will be amazed by the beauty of the estate. The dehesa Navamarín, in the heart of the land of Don Quixote, has 2200 hectares where you can fully immerse yourself in the Mediterranean diet.
We will go up to the vineyard, located just a few metres from the facilities. It will be the moment to talk about viticulture in La Mancha, how the grapes are worked and the organic production of signature wines, always prioritising quality over quantity.
Afterwards, we will tour the facilities for a complete experience: we will visit the cellar in an underground cave and the wine and cava production areas, the oil mill where the extra virgin olive oil is produced and the saffron room. All in an environment where art, design and the nature of La Mancha blend with the latest technology.
After an hour and a half of learning, we will close the visit with a guided tasting of local products:
- Cava Brut Nature
- Local white wine Albo
- Classic red wine from the land
- Extra virgin olive oil
We will accompany the tasting with some bread rolls, while we clarify doubts about the organoleptic characteristics, discuss sensations and calmly enjoy the flavours of La Mancha in good company.
The experience will last for approximately 2 hours, with the possibility of extending the tasting phase.

The experience is suitable for everyone.
Minors can visit the winery free of charge and do not take part in the tasting .
Pregnant women will receive a non-alcoholic drink instead of the wines, and will be able to participate in the EVOO tasting.
The facilities are 100% accessible for people with motor disabilities and/or wheelchair users.

The visit can be made all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 people.
Dogs are only allowed outside, so they cannot visit the winery with their owners.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
