Discover a unique date farm in Elche. Visit its palm grove and learn the secrets of the production of these sweet fruits from an expert. You can put yourself in the shoes of a professional date picker by climbing a palm tree and tasting the freshly picked dates.

What we will do
We will arrive punctually at the date farm located in Partida de la Marina in Elche. There we will be welcomed by the guide, an expert in the cultivation of dates, who will accompany us during the experience.
We will start the visit with a panoramic view from the viewpoint of the orchard, the perfect place to understand the history of the Elche palm grove from its origins to the present day. After this introduction, we will enter the plantation to learn about the traditional methods and manual work necessary to obtain this highly prized fruit.
We will visit the facilities and discover each stage of the production process. For the more daring, the visit offers a moment of pure immersion: the opportunity to climb a palm tree guided by a professional picker.
To round off the day, we will enjoy a tasting of the best dates from our own production, with the chance to taste the fruit directly from the palm tree if the season permits. Before leaving, we will visit the farm's shop-museum.
The activity will last between 1. 5 and 2 hours, depending on the number of participants.

You will visit the palm grove of TodoPalmera, a company from Elche focused on the world of palm trees and with great experience in the production of different varieties of dates such as Medjoul and Confitera.
The experience is pet-friendly.
Free parking is available on site for customers. It is not possible to reach the area by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
