Full description
Undecided between canyoning and via ferrata? We have the perfect solution to enjoy the nature of Huesca.
This plan combines two complete experiences: the via ferrata of Sorrosal and the Furco canyon. First, you will climb next to waterfalls, cross a rock tunnel and climb a wall with clamps and steps until you reach a natural viewpoint over Broto. Afterwards, you'll put on your wetsuit to enjoy abseiling and natural slides in one of the most spectacular canyons.
A great day of action and nature, ready to get the most out of the Aragonese Pyrenees?
What we will do
The appointment with the guide will be at the indicated time at the Torla offices. There we will check in, pick up the technical equipment and we will organise ourselves to travel by car to the town of Broto, a journey that will take us about 10 minutes. In just one day we will experience two spectacular adventures very close to the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido.
We will start with the via ferrata, which ascends next to two impressive waterfalls by staples, ladders and steps. We will go through a tunnel excavated in the rock and we will gain height until we reach a natural balcony with unique views of the valley, the village and the whole Sorrosal ravine. It is a vertical route, accessible and very complete, perfect for those who want excitement without technical complications.
After a short break to regain strength, it will be the turn of the Furco ravine, one of the most comfortable and varied in the Pyrenees. We will descend three rappels (the largest of 25 metres, wow!), and those who wish can enjoy several natural slides and an optional jump of up to 8 metres. The whole route is done with the safety of the guide, who will secure each abseil with an auxiliary rope.
A full day of nature, adrenaline and breathtaking scenery, perfect for those who want to make the most of their day in the Aragonese Pyrenees.
The total duration of the experience will be approximately 5 hours, of which 2 hours will be dedicated to the ferrata and 2 and a half hours to the canyon.
