Full description
A via ferrata for the whole family!
This is the case of the via ferrata of Mirador de Elda, in the province of Alicante, the first section of the via ferrata of Bolón . This is a K1 level route (first level of difficulty), equipped with clamps and Tibetan bridges.
An experience of more than 4 hours, which ends with a picturesque descent by cable car.
What we will do
The appointment is at the chosen time at the meeting point in Elda, in the province of Alicante. The mountain guide who will accompany us on this adventure will be waiting for us there.
Once all the participants have gathered and the equipment has been handed over, there will be a brief introduction to the activity, during which the guide will provide us with all the useful information for a carefree experience.
We will then set off towards the start of the route, which we will reach in about 10 minutes on foot. Once at the start of the rock face, a theoretical preparation class will take place, with technical lessons that we will soon have to put into practice. The route consists of climbs equipped with cables, clamps, a Nepalese bridge and a Tibetan bridge.
It is a perfect via ferrata for beginners or to enjoy the mountain with the family, as it has a lot of equipment and few vertical sections. In addition, there are many alternatives to the obstacles. Towards the end of the experience, we can decide whether to go down to the zip line where the next section of the via ferrata of Bolón begins (k3 suitable from 12 years old), or continue to the viewpoint to cross the last bridge.
We will enjoy panoramic views of the town of Elda and we will be able to appreciate the profile of the Cid mountain ( where there is another via ferrata of level k4).
We will return to the meeting point, again in a 15-30 minute walk. The experience will last between 1.5 and 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 9 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant or have a signed authorisation. Children from 9 to 11 years old are entitled to the reduced rate of €35.00 per child: please contact us to request a reservation.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women, people with vertigo, people with coronary heart disease or people with mobility problems.
The experience is easy and suitable as a first via ferrata.
Other information
The experience is available all year round and is confirmed when a minimum number of 2 participants is reached.
The duration of the experience may vary at the discretion of the guide, depending on the number and ability of participants.
There are no changing rooms or lockers to store personal belongings.
Free parking is available. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
