Experience an unforgettable morning of Paddle Surfing in Arguineguín, exploring the most beautiful corners of the Canarian coast!
Enjoy a dynamic and refreshing 2-hour tour designed for those who have already had a first contact with SUP. You'll sail through the crystal clear waters of Arguineguín, improve your technique with a certified instructor and explore the coast from a new perspective. It is a safe adventure, in very small groups, ideal for enjoying the immensity of the ocean and the natural beauty of the southwest of Gran Canaria.
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes before the agreed time at Las Marañuelas beach in Arguineguín. Our certified instructor will meet us there to welcome us and give us all the necessary technical equipment. Before entering the water, we will do a brief muscle and joint warm-up, followed by a theoretical-practical part to go over basic safety and technical concepts.
Once in the water, the crossing will begin. We will enjoy the fun instability of the board as we skirt the coast. We will feel the sea breeze as we gain speed and paddling skills. During the tour, we'll move away from the bay to look out over the open sea and see the impressive cliffs and rock formations of the area.
Halfway through the tour, we will take the opportunity to take a refreshing dip and snorkel with the masks on board. With a bit of luck, we will be able to see the rich local marine life and even the occasional turtle that frequents these waters. After our exploration, we will practice turns and advanced crossing techniques as we make our way gently back to shore.
Finally, we'll return to the beach for a final stretch to close this refreshing experience. The total duration of the day is 2 hours, enough time to improve our technique and take away unforgettable memories of the Atlantic Ocean.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is designed for beginners and intermediate levels. It is necessary to have practised SUP before (even once) to know how to steer the board minimally.
It is a perfect experience for adventurers from 4 years old (always accompanied by an adult) .
You don't need to know how to swim, as life jackets are available on request.
For safety reasons, there is a weight limit of 110 kg.
The activity is suitable for pregnant women, as the pace is adapted to their needs.
For people with reduced mobility, it will be necessary to contact in advance to assess how to adapt the sections of the tour.
Other information
The tour is available all year round in the morning.
The experience is weather dependent; in the event of excessive wind at Las Marañuelas, we will move to an alternative location just 5 minutes away (such as El Pajar) to ensure safety.
The meeting point has free street parking and is easily accessible by public transport.
Accompanying persons can wait comfortably on the beach while the tour takes place.
Pets are not allowed.
If you have sensitive skin, we advise you to wear leggings that cover your knees to protect them from rubbing against the board.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
