Start the engine and cross a territory sculpted by lava and ocean.
Explore in 4×4 the Timanfaya National Park and the south coast of Lanzarote, stop at the famous Green Lake of El Golfo and discover the Janubio Salt Flats between volcanoes, sea and spectacular landscapes in a 3 hour private experience full of adventure.
What we will do
You will meet your guide 10 minutes before the agreed time at the meeting point in Playa Blanca, where the 4×4 will be waiting for you to start the adventure. After a brief welcome, you will get into the vehicle and set off for the Timanfaya National Park, crossing a volcanic landscape that looks like something out of another planet.
As you drive through lava flows and craters, your guide will tell you how the great eruptions transformed the island and how the first inhabitants of Lanzarote learned to survive in this extreme environment. The sensation is that of travelling through a living land, marked by fire and ocean.
From Timanfaya you will continue towards the south coast to reach El Golfo, where you will get out of the vehicle and walk along a small path to the impressive and famous Charco de los Clicos, also known as Lago Verde (Green Lake) . Here the contrast between the volcanic black, the intense green of the lake and the blue of the Atlantic creates one of the most striking images of the island.
The route continues to the Salinas de Janubio, a scenery open to the sea where you will have time to stroll, breathe the sea breeze and, if you feel like it, take a swim. Throughout the excursion you will make strategic stops to enjoy the scenery, take photos and experience Lanzarote at your leisure, always adapting the route to your interests.
After completing the itinerary, you will return to the starting point with the feeling of having explored the wildest and most authentic side of the island, in a private, exciting and fully customisable experience through the volcanic south of Lanzarote.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for all ages. Ideal for couples, families or small groups of up to 6 participants per vehicle.
Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Suitable for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users, as no strenuous walking is required. Prior notice must be given to the organisers. You will receive the contact details in your booking confirmation email.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
