Start the day with energy on an exclusive expedition along Girona's most spectacular cliffs!
For 2 hours and 15 minutes, you'll sail in an individual kayak through breathtaking landscapes such as the Cova dels Rats Penats, a unique natural formation accessible only by water. You'll enjoy a peaceful setting away from the crowds, surrounded by sheer cliffs and crystal-clear, brightly coloured waters. This is a safe, expertly guided adventure that will definitely be unforgettable.
What we will do
The meeting point in Sant Feliu de Guíxols will be 20 minutes before departure time. There we will be met and equipped with all the technical equipment. Before launching into the water, we will receive a full briefing of about 15 minutes about safety and the specific paddling technique for the closed kayak, including the use of the spray skirt.
Once equipped, the real magic begins: the calm morning sea will envelop us as we paddle alongside the imposing cliffs of the Costa Brava. We will see emblematic places such as Cala del Molí, famous for its via ferrata, and the Cap de Mort canals, sailing over waters so clear they seem unreal.
The highlight of the route will come when we reach the Cova dels Rats Penats. Sea conditions permitting, we will enter this unique natural formation to contemplate its structure from the inside. There we will enjoy a rest stop and a swim in a wild environment before setting off on our way back, keeping a relaxed pace that allows us to connect with the local biodiversity.
Finally, we will return to the starting point with the satisfaction of having mastered a technical boat in one of the most beautiful areas of the coast. We will say goodbye after completing this 135-minute crossing, having taken advantage of the best daylight and the absolute tranquillity of the Mediterranean.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for active beginners. No previous experience is required, although it is essential to know how to swim.
The minimum age is 14 years old and a minimum height of 1. 55 m is required for correct handling of the boat.
There is a weight limit of 100 kg for technical reasons of buoyancy.
This experience is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart problems, back problems or serious medical conditions.
Due to the technical nature of the boat and access, this activity is not accessible for wheelchair users.

The activity is available from April to October with daily morning departures.
Free and paid parking is available nearby, as well as direct access by public transport.
The boats are enclosed single kayaks.
The activity is confirmed with a minimum of 1 participant and a maximum of 7 per group.
There are no changing rooms or showers on site.
The organisers take photos and videos of the experience included in the price.
Pets are not recommended.
