Have you ever had the chance to savour a landscape?
The heart of Priorat will impress you as you travel through its vineyards in a 4x4 accompanied by an expert wine tourism guide. You will discover all the secrets of the traditional winemaking process and conclude your experience by visiting the La Conreria winery in Escaladei and tasting the best D. O. Q. wines of the region.
2 and a half hours to savour the Priorat at your leisure. Prepare your 5 senses.
What we will do
We will meet at La Conreria winery in Escaladei, Tarragona province, 5 minutes before the booking time. There we will be met by an expert wine tourism guide who will accompany us.
We will get into a 4x4 and drive for about 1 hour through the mountain vineyards. Along the way we will review the history of the region and learn about what makes the Priorat region unique and discover the particularities of growing and harvesting grapes on these slopes. At one of the stops, in a setting with spectacular views, we will toast with a glass of Les Brugueres Blanc, the first white wine of the appellation of origin.
We will also have the chance to meet the mule that helps with the tilling of the land and, back at the winery, we will visit the facilities to follow the traditional winemaking process. During the tour, we will also have a tasting of vats or butts to compare the wine in process with the wine already bottled and to better understand its evolution.
We will conclude with a tasting of the 4 best wines of the winery, all of them D. O. Q. Priorat. Priorat, appreciating the nuances provided by each vineyard and each ageing process:

- Red Voltons
- Red Escaladei Vi de Vila
- Red Coster del Mario
The experience will last a total of 2 hours and a half.
Who it is aimed at
The visit is suitable for everyone. To take part in the wine tasting, you must be of legal age.
Minors and pregnant women can take the tour free of charge. There will be juices for them during the tasting.
The areas of the winery that will be visited are accessible for people with motor disabilities and/or wheelchair users, but the vehicles used for the tour through the vineyards are not.

The experience is available all year round. In case of rain, the 4x4 could be replaced by a van.
Petsare not allowed inside the winery .
Free parking is available on the winery premises. The area cannot be reached by public transport.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
