There are places where time melts away amidst steam, silence and soft aromas.
Forget about everything for 90 minutes in this thermal circuit in the heart of Sierra de Gata. While you savour an organic green tea, you will let the contrast of water temperatures and aromatherapy work their magic.
A deep wellness break to breathe, reset and find your inner peace.
What we will do
Our experience will take place in Valverde del Fresno, in the province of Cáceres. We will be immersed in a 220-hectare estate in the heart of the Sierra de Gata, surrounded by olive trees, oaks and cork oaks.
The staff of the structure will welcome us in the spa area, will give us our bathrobe and will briefly explain how to make the most of the thermal circuit inspired by a ḥammām or Arab bath.
We will do the tour at our own pace, alternating the three thermal baths at different temperatures: hot, warm and cold water. The jets and the waterfall will massage our back and shoulders while we relax. The thermal contrast will help us to release tensions, activate the circulation and feel the body getting lighter and lighter.
To complete the session, we will enter the Finnish sauna, allowing the dry heat to purify and relax, before moving on to the relaxation area with thermal loungers and aromatherapy. It will be time to close your eyes, take a deep breath and let the soft scents and silence do the rest. All this accompanied by an organic green tea and water to hydrate and prolong the feeling of wellbeing.
The experience will last a total of 90 minutes.

The experience is available from the age of 16.
The thermal area and spa are not adapted for wheelchair users or people with mobility disabilities.

The experience is available all year round.
The thermal and spa area will be occupied by a maximum of 3 couples at any one time.
Reception is open from 10: 00 to 18: 00 (the team is available by phone after this time) .
On the estate there is also a country hotel and a restaurant serving lunch and dinner (both set menu and à la carte) .
The structure offers different complementary activities at extra cost (olive oil tourism, astronomical observation, yoga. .. ).
On the estate you will find free parking for guests. It is not possible to reach the area by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
