Full description
Sometimes you need to stop the world for 90 minutes.
Enjoy a 60-minute thermal circuit in the Sierra de Gata: water at three temperatures like in a real ḥammām, Finnish sauna, thermal loungers and organic green tea.
Culminate the ritual with a 30-minute relaxing massage to release all your tensions.
What we will do
The experience will take place in Valverde del Fresno, in the province of Cáceres. The staff will welcome us in the spa area of the structure, immersed in a 220-hectare estate, surrounded by the olive and cork oak trees of the Sierra de Gata.
We will be given a bathrobe and a brief explanation on how to make the most of the thermal circuit inspired by the Arene baths of the ḥammām. We will have 60 minutes to do the circuit at our own pace, alternating the three thermal baths at different temperatures: hot, warm and cold water.
To complete the session, we can access the Finnish sauna and the relaxation area with thermal loungers and aromatherapy while we enjoy an organic green tea.
But it doesn't end here. The culmination will come with a 30-minute relaxing massage that will help to release tensions and activate circulation, so that your body feels completely light.
The experience will last a total of 90 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is available from the age of 16.
The thermal area and spa are not adapted for wheelchair users or people with mobility disabilities.

The experience is available all year round.
The thermal and spa area will be occupied by a maximum of 3 couples at any one time.
Reception is open from 10: 00 to 18: 00 (the team is available by phone after this time) .
On the estate there is also a country hotel and a restaurant serving lunch and dinner (both set menu and à la carte) .
The structure offers different complementary activities at extra cost (olive oil tourism, astronomical observation, yoga. .. ).
On the estate you will find free parking for guests. It is not possible to reach the area by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
