A total immersion in the organic viticulture of Ronda.
Delve into the world of wine with this visit to the Huerto de la Condesa winery in Ronda. You'll learn all about the process, from the vineyard to the barrel room, and finish with a tasting of 5 wines accompanied by local cured meats and sausages.
Learn about the history of a legendary estate and discover a true luxury of the Sierra de Málaga.
What we will do
The appointment will be at the Huerto de la Condesa winery in Ronda, about 10 minutes before the start of the visit. There we will be welcomed by the wine tourism guide who will accompany us on this experience.
We will start with a walk through the vineyard located in the historic Heredad de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores estate. We will learn about its organic cultivation philosophy, discovering how the syrah, garnacha and viognier varieties adapt to the unique terroir of the Guadalcobacín river valley.
After understanding the work at the vineyard, we will enter the facilities to follow the grape's journey. We will visit the winemaking room and the barrel room, where silence and controlled temperature allow the wines to reach their maximum expression. We will learn the secrets of winemaking that respects the time of nature to create wines with a Malaga soul.
The only thing left to do is to get to know the result of the whole process. We will participate in a tasting of 5 wines; a tasting that always includes at least one white and one rosé, accompanied by a careful selection of reds. To round off the sensory immersion, we will accompany the glasses with an aperitif of local cured meats, the perfect pairing to discover the authentic taste of the Serranía de Ronda.
The total duration of the experience will be approximately 2 hours.
