Delve into a historic place where the tradition of Ronda is bottled with a young and sustainable look.
Visit the Huerto de la Condesa winery, located on an estate with centuries of history. Tour its production and ageing rooms and discover the nuances of its limited production through a tasting of four wines accompanied by local cured meats.

What we will do
We will meet at the headquarters of the Huerto de la Condesa winery , located in a historic estate in Ronda, about 10 minutes before the start of the visit. There we will be welcomed by the wine tourism guide in charge of introducing us to this young project in the Guadalcobacín river valley.
The guided tour will take us through the facilities, discovering the secrets of its limited and artisanal production. We will visit the winemaking room to find out how the thermal oscillations of the mountain range mark the character of the grapes, and we will enter the barrel room, where the wines rest in an environment of absolute tranquillity.
At the Huerto de la Condesa they are committed to Mediterranean varieties adapted to the climate, such as Garnacha, Syrah or Viognier, always cultivated under sustainability criteria. And these will be the main varieties of the wines that we will be able to taste in the tasting room: 4 selected wines (always including a white, a rosé and a red) that vary according to the season. To accompany the glasses, we will enjoy an aperitif of local sausages that highlight the traditional flavour of the Ronda area.
The total duration of the experience is approximately 1 hour and a half.

The facilities are not wheelchair accessible.
