You don’t just conquer mountains by climbing them; you can also fly over them.
Take off in a tandem paraglider and discover the tranquillity of the Tena Valley from the air. For 15 minutes, you’ll float alongside a professional pilot, letting the air currents carry you over the Aragonese Pyrenees after ascending by 4x4 or cable car.
Treat yourself to the dream of flying like a bird.
What we will do
We’ll meet at the meeting point in Pueyo de Jaca, Huesca, 5 minutes before the agreed time, where we’ll be met by the professional pilot. Depending on the time of year, we’ll make our way up to the take-off area in a 4x4 or by cable car.
Once at the top, the pilot will provide us with all the necessary equipment and explain the safety rules as well as the take-off procedure. A few determined strides down the slope will be enough for the paraglider to inflate and… our feet will leave solid ground behind!
We’ll fly in a tandem glider for 15 minutes, taking in the views of the Tena Valley from the air. As we float with no contact with the ground or fixed reference points, there’s no sense of vertigo, giving way to a comfortable and peaceful glide.
Before landing, the instructor will show us the correct position to ensure a smooth and safe touchdown. The entire experience will last approximately 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
No prior paragliding experience is required , and children aged 6 and over can take part .
Children under 18 require permission from a legal guardian.
To take part in the activity, participants must weigh between 25 kg and 110 kg. Children weighing less than 35 kg and older people will fly during the first two morning slots.
Flying is not recommended for pregnant women.
The experience is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with mobility issues.
You must disclose any heart conditions or other medical conditions after making your booking. You will receive the contact details in your booking confirmation email.
A fear of heights is not a barrier to flying in a tandem paraglider.

The activity takes place almost all year round, depending on the weather conditions.
The journey up to the take-off point is by car or cable car, depending on the timetable and season (in January, February, March, April, July, August and December, it is usually by cable car) .
There is free parking on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
