Castelldefels! Give this group surf lesson a go and discover the most fun way to enjoy the sea. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time or if you’ve already got some experience; this 2-hour session is tailored so you can progress at your own pace. You’ll learn to read the sea, master the paddle and gain the confidence you need to tackle every wave with complete assurance.
Grab your board and take on this challenge with the group. The sea is waiting for you!
What we will do
We’ll meet at the Castelldefels surf school about 30 minutes before the lesson starts. The instructor will be there to welcome us, hand out all the necessary equipment and give us a brief overview of how the day will unfold.
Afterwards, we’ll head down to the beach together for a quick warm-up session and… we’ll be ready for action! On the sand, we’ll learn the most important movements in this sport, but it’ll be a highly practical lesson where we’ll spend 90 per cent of the time in the water, tailoring the content whether we’re complete beginners or already have hours of practice under our belts.
So, we’ll be getting wet! If you’re a beginner, you’ll learn how to paddle with your arms and legs, recognise different types of waves and discover the best way to get onto the board until you’re fully independent both in and out of the water.
We’ll have a brilliant time doing sport and improving our health.
The class will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is required, and children aged 6 and over can take part.
You must be able to swim.
If you are pregnant, please check with your doctor to ensure the activity is suitable for you.
If there are young children, we recommend speaking to the surf school to discuss the best time slot together. Similarly, you must notify the school in advance if any participants have a disability; in such cases, a private lesson may be recommended (at an additional cost) .

Other information
The activity is available all year round and the lesson is confirmed with a minimum of two pupils.
The surf school has changing rooms with toilets, showers and lockers.
Groups will be divided according to the participants’ ability levels.
Accompanying adults who are not taking part in the activity may attend the lesson without participating. Please note that during the summer, pets are not allowed on the beach.
Near the meeting point, free parking is available in winter, but spaces are subject to a charge during the high season; there is also paid parking within the harbour. Furthermore, it is possible to reach Castelldefels by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
