Get ready to find the perfect balance between sport and adventure!
Take part in a SUP Yoga class in Seville, in the beautiful setting of the Alfonso XIII canal.
An expert instructor will guide you through a yoga session on the water for approximately 1 hour, allowing you to rediscover the balance between body and mind in an enchanting setting.
What we will do
We will meet 10 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Seville. The guide will be waiting for us there, who will provide us with all the necessary equipment and will give us an initial briefing of 5 minutes.
Then we will start the activity with a stretching session on dry land to prepare ourselves in the best way. We will then enter the water and get on the SUP, ready for the yoga class, which will take place in the setting of the Guadalquivir dock.
During the activity we will perform a series of traditional yoga postures, adapted to the SUP board. We will regenerate with guided exercises and breathing techniques that will help us to rediscover the balance between mind and body.
Once the class is over, we will take a short SUP tour of the canal to conclude the experience in the best way possible.
Finally, we will return to dry land and do some stretching and recovery exercises to relax at the end of the class.
The activity will have a total duration of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for children aged 10 years and over; unaccompanied children under 18 years old can participate after signing an authorisation from a responsible adult.
It is recommended that you know how to swim, although life jackets will be provided.
The activity is not accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.

The activity takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Attention! Bathing is not possible during the activity.
At the meeting point there are changing rooms with showers, which can be used for a fee of 5 € per person.
Free parking is available on site; the meeting point is not accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
