There are people who go out drinking and people who go out floating on LED lights. You decide which side you're on.

Forget the daytime chaos on the beach; on this 1. 5 hour guided SUP trip, the sea is transformed into a visual spectacle only for those looking for something out of the ordinary. Thanks to the lights installed under your board, you'll be able to see the seabed very clearly. You'll also enjoy the tranquillity of the Mediterranean while Barcelona lights up in the distance, creating a contrast that will make you forget you're still in the city.

What we will do

Our adventure starts at the agreed time at the meeting point in Barceloneta. As soon as we arrive, we'll be welcomed and we'll take the weight off our shoulders: we'll leave our backpacks in the lockers and get ready. We'll meet the guides, who will accompany us at all times so that all we have to worry about is enjoying ourselves. We will walk just 150 metres to the sand -a short walk- to find the calm sea.

Once on the shore, before getting on the boards, we will have a quick briefing. They will explain how to handle the SUP if it's your first time and, most importantly, how to turn on the LED lights. This is the key moment: watching the water start to glow under your feet as the night falls over Barcelona is simply a fantastic experience.

Once in the water, we'll have a full hour to ourselves. It's amazing because, as everything is so calm, the lights of the board cross the water and let us see the seabed with a clarity that you can't even imagine during the day. We will sail with the city illuminated in the background, enjoying the Barcelona skyline from a perspective that very few people know.

When the lights on the boards let us know that the session is over, we'll return to the coast with that feeling of having disconnected from everything. To close the night properly, we' ll toast with a cool drink while we talk about what's happened. In total, 1. 5 hours that will make you completely forget the chaos of the city.

Who it is aimed at

This experience is suitable for beginners. You don't need any previous experience, you just need to feel safe in the water and know how to swim.

Babies and children can participate. Younger children will ride on the same board with an adult.

Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult during the whole trip.

For people with reduced mobility, it is necessary to communicate the condition in advance to verify the viability according to the state of the sea.

Due to the nature of the activity and the access to the beach, this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Other information

The activity takes place from April to September. Night-time outings always depend on weather conditions to ensure safety.

There is a pay car park just 100 metres from the meeting point.

If you come by public transport, there are metro and bus stops very close to the activity centre.

The organisers have waterproof mobile phone bags for sale and some units for hire (subject to availability) .

Pets are not allowed.
