Full description
Standing on a floating board , paddle in hand and the ocean in front of you. No, it's not a dream from an indie film shot in the Canary Islands: it's a SUP lesson on the beach in Los Cristianos!
You'll learn how to balance, turn, get back on if you fall off (spoiler: it happens) and then you'll have a whole hour to paddle freely along the coast.
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Los Cristianos, where we will meet our instructor.
Once all the participants have gathered, the SUP lesson will start, which will last approximately 1 hour. The instructor will guide us step by step in our first approach to stand up paddle: we will learn how to keep our balance on the board, how to use the paddle, how to turn and how to get back on in case of a fall.
After this first technical part, we will be ready to enjoy a free trip along the coast. We will have 1 hour of free time to paddle at our own pace around the area, taking the opportunity to get away for a bit or take a dip.
After the hour, we will have to return to the meeting point. The total duration of the experience will be about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is recommended for children aged 10 and over. Minors must bring a signed authorisation or be accompanied by an adult on board.
It is not compulsory to know how to swim.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
Other information
The activity is available all year round, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The meeting point is accessible by public transport and has free or paid parking.
The dive centre has changing rooms with showers and lockers to store personal belongings.
Accompanying persons are welcome and can wait on the beach or on the terrace of the dive centre.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
