Take a break from the daily grind with this 2-hour sunset boat tour from the port of Benalmádena. You’ll cruise along the Costa del Sol with a small group of no more than 12 people, enjoying background music, drinks and a tasting menu of 8 tapas and a dessert.
See out the day by raising a glass of wine in the best of company.
What we will do
The crew of the Salacia will welcome us 15 minutes before departure at the port of Benalmádena. After welcoming us aboard the 17-metre-long boat, which can accommodate 12 people, they’ll give us some initial instructions so that we can make the most of the evening.
We’ll then set sail to explore the Costa del Sol in the late afternoon. The captain and crew member on board will ensure the experience is perfect, choosing the best route depending on sea conditions and taking care of every detail. We’ll sail towards Málaga or Fuengirola, depending on the sea conditions.
During the crossing, we can relax on deck whilst watching the sun sink towards the horizon and the light of the golden hour shimmer on the waters of the Mediterranean. The magical atmosphere will be complemented by a gentle breeze, background music, a carefully selected range of wines… and a tasting menu comprising eight tapas and a dessert.
With a drink in hand, we’ll bid farewell to the day just before returning to the port of Benalmádena after a 2-hour tour.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for all ages.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is accessible to people with mobility impairments provided they can walk a few metres with assistance, as the access ramp is too narrow for a wheelchair.

The experience is available from April to October. For the rest of the year, there are occasional weekend trips – please check with the organiser.
The activity is confirmed once a minimum group of 4 participants has been reached.
The departure time may vary depending on the scheduled sunset time.
The tasting menu includes typical Spanish tapas such as seafood salad, Málaga-style salchichón tartare, cheese canapés… and a three-chocolate dessert.
If you have any allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements, please inform the crew at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive their contact details in the booking confirmation email.
You’ll be sailing on the Salacia, a motorboat 17 metres in length with a capacity for 12 passengers. It is authorised by the Ministry for Ecological Transition (MITECO) for responsible whale-watching and is equipped with a swimming platform, ladders and a fresh-water shower. Among other on-board amenities, you’ll find a toilet, beanbags for comfortable seating on deck, and areas for sunbathing and shade.
Important: smoking is not permitted on board and pets are not allowed.
Free parking spaces near the meeting point are limited, but there is also private paid parking available. The railway station is approximately 2 km from the harbour.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
