If you really want to start the day in style, don’t miss this.
A stand-up paddleboarding session at dawn on Castelldefels beach. A unique opportunity to get in tune with the sea, gliding over calm waters and surrounded by good vibes as the sun begins to rise over the horizon.
An hour and a half that’ll give you an extra boost of energy.
What we will do
The instructor will meet us at the meeting point on Castelldefels beach about 20 minutes before sunrise.
We’ll start with a general introduction to stand-up paddleboarding, paddling technique, posture and balance. That way, even if it’s our first time on a SUP board, we’ll be able to make the most of the experience.
We’ll head out to sea just as the sky begins to take on the colours of dawn. We’ll start paddling as a group, gliding gently across the water’s surface in an energetic, fun and friendly atmosphere, sharing the experience with fellow adventurers as the coastline slowly lights up.
An experienced instructor will be on hand throughout the activity to help us perfect our technique and ensure we enjoy ourselves to the full. After experiencing the tranquillity of the sea at dawn and connecting with nature, we’ll return to the shore to round off the session.
The experience will last a total of one and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary.
Generally speaking, you can take part from the age of 8. A minimum weight of 35 kg is required.
Minors must have the authorisation of a legal guardian.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or people with any kind of disability.

Other information
The activity is available all year round and is confirmed once a minimum group of 5 participants has been reached .
The school’s facilities include changing rooms with lockers, showers and toilets. If your class is in the summer, you’ll need to go straight to the beach; there are lockers and a changing area there, and you can also use the public showers and toilets on the promenade.
Accompanying adults who are not taking part in the class are welcome to stay on the beach, but please note that dogs are not permitted on the beach.
There is free parking at the meeting point. It is also possible to reach the area by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
