Nine steps designed to bring you back to yourself, in a space where everything invites you to let go.
For approximately 2 hours, experience a unique sensory circuit inspired by ancestral Galician rituals and contemporary wellness techniques. Enjoy thermal showers, hot springs, steam, sauna and a jacuzzi in a spa where tradition and modern architecture turn the natural into the extraordinary.
What we will do
We will meet at the agreed time at the spa, located on a quiet estate just a few minutes from the sea. After changing in the changing rooms, we will begin a circuit of approximately 2 hours, with 9 stations designed to awaken the senses and leave us in a state of deep relaxation.
We will start in the thermal shower, where the warm water will help to relax the muscles and prepare the body. Then we will enter the 33º thermal bath, where we will combine hydrotherapy, music therapy and chromosuggestion to gently release tension. We will then move on to the area with a vibrating bathtub, terrace and relaxation beds with views of the estuary. We will then move on to the terma vital, a space for cellular replenishment with an interior path and an exterior water curtain that stimulates the body's energy.
We will then relax with a tonic footbath, thermal beds and tea-rapia, before experiencing the ancestral Galician ritual Quitar o Aire, an energetic recharge that connects tradition and well-being. Afterwards, in the dry sauna, we will release toxins while contemplating the estuary, and we will enter the steam bath, where the heat will open every fibre of the body and facilitate deeper breathing.
We will finish in the natural water pool, a cold contrast with different intensities that awakens the body and closes this complete sensory experience.
Throughout the tour we will have a recharge area with lemonade and dried fruit and nuts, and we will have the attention of certified staff. Once we have completed the circuit, we will leave refreshed: a light body, a clear mind and a serenity that lasts long after the experience is over.
Who it is aimed at
The minimum recommended age is 12 years old. Minors may be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The structure is not accessible for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

The spa is open all year round.
Access to the spa lasts 2 hours in total, including changing room time.
Swimming trunks, flip-flops and swimming cap are recommended, but can also be purchased at reception for a supplement.
The spa staff is certified.
Free parking is available on site. Public transport is not available.
Optional massages and treatments are available and can be booked directly at the establishment.
The circuit is enjoyed in small groups of up to 6 people.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
