Zahara de los Atunes is the perfect destination for the break you deserve: a complete hydrothermal circuit followed by a personalised 15-minute massage. Each part is designed to help your body release the burden of stress and regain its natural lightness.
Treat yourself to this respite just a few steps from the sea in Cadiz and discover how silence and water can be the perfect medicine.
What we will do
We will arrive punctually at this coastal refuge in Zahara de los Atunes. After a welcome and instructions from the team, we will begin a 60-minute immersion designed to reset body and mind thanks to the revitalising action of the water.
The circuit will begin in a pool with cervical and lumbar jets, swan neck and waterfall. An aquatic ceremony that will help us to relax our muscles. Then we can continue with the dry heat of the sauna and the purifying steam of the Turkish bath, before jumping to the intensity of cryotherapy and the bithermal shower.
The key is the play of temperatures: heat to relax, cold to revitalise and awaken the circulation.
During the circuit we will also have a tea service and, in July and August, we will be able to continue the ritual outside:cold water jacuzzi and footbath in outdoor boulders and solarium to recharge our vitamin D.
To complete the pampering session, a 15-minute massage will put the focus where we need it most: back or legs. You can choose between a relaxing or decontracting treatment.
Who it is aimed at
Access to the spa is available from the age of 12.
Children under the age of 12 can enjoy the experience only in certain time slots, accompanied by a responsible adult and with the authorisation of a legal guardian.
The facilities are accessible for people with mobility disabilities.

The experience can be enjoyed from April to October.
The spa is open every day of the season: 10: 00 - 14: 00 and 17: 00 - 21: 00.
The activity may not be available on special dates and holidays.
Towel rental service is available at the centre and pool hats, swimming costumes and flip-flops are on sale.
Free parking is available in the area; the structure does not have a car park.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
