What we will do
We will arrive punctually at this coastal refuge in Retamar, Almería, very close to Cabo de Gata. After the indications of the team, we will begin a 60-minute experience where the thermal contrast and hydrotherapy will set the pace of our disconnection.
The dynamic pool will give free rein to this sensory adventure, the lumbar and cervical jets. The muscular treatment will continue in the hydromassage beds, designed to provide a total relaxation experience by adapting to the client's body.
From there, the circuit offers a journey of extremes: from the deep heat of the two saunas (at 60°C and 90°C) or the hot room at 52°C to immediate reactivation in the cold room. To complete the awakening of the body, you will be enveloped in the mist of the aromatic shower and enjoy the intensity of the circular pressure showers with water at different temperatures.
The highlight of the ritual will come with a 25-minute massage, to choose between relaxing or decontracting, to specifically treat the back or legs. As a finishing touch, we can give ourselves up to absolute rest in the relaxation room, sipping a comforting tea while we enjoy the peace of this corner of Almeria.
Who it is aimed at
Access to the spa is available from the age of 12.
Children under the age of 12 can enjoy the experience only in certain time slots, accompanied by a responsible adult and with the authorisation of a legal guardian.

The spa is open every day of the season: 10: 00 - 14: 00 and 17: 00 - 21: 00.
The activity may not be available on special dates and holidays.
Towel rental service is available at the centre and pool hats, swimming costumes and flip-flops are on sale.
Free parking is available in the area; the structure does not have a car park.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
