Fancy listening to what the mountain whispers?
From El Tarter, leave the ski area behind to take an unexpected guided route on snowshoes. You will walk learning to read the mountain and to advance calmly through an untouched environment.
Three hours to lose the rush, breathe and feel the freedom.
What we will do
The meeting point will be in El Tarter, where we will have to arrive well in advance. Follow the signs to the information point, where you will receive detailed instructions.
We will be met by the guide, who will give us a brief briefing and explain how to put on our snowshoes . Once equipped, we will move away from the busy areas to begin a snowshoeing route outside the ski area.
We will walk learning to progress calmly and to read the terrain while we go into a natural and silent environment. The route will be adapted at all times to the snow conditions and the pace of the group.
During the excursion we will enjoy the forests and snowy peaks, breathing fresh air and enjoying the sensation of freedom. The guide will share his knowledge of the environment and the mountain while we savour the tranquillity of winter.
The route will take about 3 hours, although the total duration of the experience may vary depending on the snow conditions.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary. The activity is suitable for all ages and can be participated in from 6 years old.

Other information
The experience is available from December until Easter and is confirmed with a minimum group size of 2 people.
Important: arrive well in advance. Once there, you must go to an information point to find out where the activity will start.
The activity takes place outside the ski area, so you do not need a ski pass, which would be necessary if you had to do it inside the ski area (also valid as a pedestrian) .
The experience does not include insurance, which would only cover the activities carried out inside the ski area (with an extra cost of 6. 50 euros/day) .
In the El Tarter sector there is free open-air parking .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
