Full description
They warn you everywhere: in Tenerife you don't just have to look up at Mount Teide.
What they don't tell you is that, to really understand the island, you also have to look underwater. This 1.5 hour guided snorkelling tour on Los Cristianos beach is the perfect way to see another side of the ocean: calm, close and full of life.
All you need is a swimming costume and a willingness to explore.
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Los Cristianos, where we will receive a brief introductory talk and collect all the equipment: wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins and lifejacket.
We will then walk to the nearby beach , on the south coast of Tenerife, and enter the water accompanied by an expert instructor , who will swim with us throughout the activity.
We will spend about 50 minutes in the water, exploring the shallow seabed next to the cliffs of the Montaña de Guaza, an area rich in marine life. With a bit of luck, we will be able to see rays, octopus and tropical fish, without straying too far from the shore.
After the dive, we will return quietly to the centre to change and share impressions.
The total duration of the experience is about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is recommended for children aged 8 and over. Minors must bring a signed authorisation or be accompanied by an adult on board.
It is necessary to be able to swim and have good mobility.
The activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with respiratory problems, asthma or epilepsy.

The activity is available all year round.
The meeting point is accessible by public transport and has free or paid parking.
The dive centre has changing rooms with showers and lockers to store personal belongings.
Accompanying persons are welcome and can wait on the beach or on the terrace of the dive centre.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
