Immerse yourself in the fascinating underwater world of the Costa de la Luz and discover octopus, rays and orange corals on a guided snorkelling tour of 1 hour and 30 minutes. This is the perfect activity to enjoy with family or friends and get to know Tarifa from the inside.
What we will do
We will meet at the agreed time at the meeting point in Tarifa. Once there, we will meet our instructor, who will give us all the equipment: mask, snorkel, fins and neoprene (if we are cold) . Before we dive, we will dedicate some time to a theory class where we will learn how to fin correctly, how to move with agility and how to empty the water out of the snorkel in a simple way.
Once we are ready, we will start our route from the beach. For about 45 minutes our guide specialised in fauna identification will point out the wonders that inhabit this ecosystem, from cuttlefish and octopus to moray eels and orange-coloured corals. It will be like walking through a natural aquarium while our monitor supervises every movement from the surface.
We will have the opportunity to observe fascinating species such as snapper, bream, spider fish and even some spider crab hidden among the rocks. You don't need to be an expert swimmer to enjoy the spectacle; the key is to relax and take advantage of the moment to disconnect from the outside noise and connect with the rhythm of the sea.
At the end of the dive, we will return to dry land to take off our equipment and share the best anecdotes of the day. In total, we will experience 1 hour and 30 minutes of pure marine adventure before saying goodbye.

The activity is suitable for children aged 6 and over.
Children must be accompanied by an adult or have a signed authorisation.
It is essential to know how to swim to take part in the experience.
The activity is accessible for people with reduced mobility, but it is necessary to contact the organisers in advance. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Not suitable for pregnant women.

The activity is available all year round.
The excursion is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 8 per instructor.
Once booked, it will be necessary to contact the organisers to arrange the exact meeting point in Tarifa and confirm the start time, as times are flexible and depend on weather conditions.
Parking is available in the area, both free and for a fee. It is not recommended to arrive at the meeting point by public transport.
The organisers offer an optional GoPro photo and video shoot for €20 per group.
A storage space is available for personal belongings.
Changing rooms and showers are not available at the meeting point.
Pets are not allowed during the activity.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
