This experience in L'Ametlla de Mar is perfect for discovering the biodiversity of one of the best places for snorkelling: Lo Ribellet Cove. You can spend 45 minutes swimming and observing starfish, sea urchins, octopuses and cuttlefish... All in the company of an expert monitor who will guide you and explain the different specimens.

What we will do
The meeting point will be at the Port Marina de Sant Jordi. We will have to arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
We will start with a brief talk about the activity, after which the instructor will give us the snorkelling equipment. Afterwards, we will walk for about 10 minutes to get from the port to Lo Ribellet Cove, where we will dive to discover the biodiversity of the seabed. Once on the beach, and with the help of a chart with the main species of the area, the instructor will explain what we will be able to see.
Wearing goggles and a snorkel, we will dive into the waters of the Costa Dorada to discover species such as starfish, sea urchins, octopus and cuttlefish. Always accompanied by the instructor, who will explain some curiosities of the area and will guide us to the most interesting corners of the cove. After 45 minutes of snorkelling we will walk back to the port.
The total duration of the activity will be between 1 and 1.5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone.
The minimum recommended age for this activity is 6 years old. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The experience is accessible for people with mobility problems, but it is advisable to inform the organiser beforehand.
It is also advisable to let the organiser know in advance if any of the participants cannot swim.

The activity takes place every day from June to September and will be confirmed if a minimum group of 4 participants is reached.
Free parking is available at the harbour for participants.
If participants have their own snorkelling equipment, they will be able to use it.
On the premises there are changing rooms with showers and lockers to leave personal belongings.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
