Get on a paddle surf board to discover a unique corner of the Ebro River.
You will skirt the island of Gracia with an expert instructor in an experience of relaxation, fun and learning. You'll enjoy a 2-hour trip admiring the peculiar flora and fauna of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Ebro.
And to conclude the route you'll sail to the Lo Passador bridge, an architectural emblem of the area. Get ready to get out of the routine!
What we will do
We will meet the instructor 10 minutes before the start of the activity at a strategic point in front of the island of Gracia.
Before we start paddling, we will receive a brief talk about the main safety rules and we will learn how to use the SUP board. In about 10 minutes we will be ready to start the route, during which we will paddle around the island of Gracia . We will do a first stretch paddling upstream to reach the westernmost point of the route. Then we will start to descend following the south bank of the river, in front of the village of Balada.
Our monitor will explain the natural attractions of the area, making short stops to show us the vegetation that extends to the edge of the Ebro: from reeds and bushes to white poplars. We will also be able to see different species of birds such as herons and cormorants.
Once we have passed the western tip of the island, we will continue on to the impressive Lo Passador bridge, a recently built infrastructure that has already become an emblem of the area and under which we will end our route.
The activity will last a maximum of 2.5 hours .
Who it is aimed at
The activity can be done from 4 years of age.
Between the ages of 4 and 12, children will be accompanied and will share the board with an adult. From the age of 12, and if they are able to paddle on their own, they can participate with a signed permit.
It is not essential to know how to swim, but it is necessary to feel comfortable in the water.
People with mobility problems should inform the organisers in advance so that they can adapt the activity if they consider it necessary.
Other information
The activity runs from April to October and will be confirmed if a minimum of 8 participants is reached.
There is free parking at the starting point and there will be a transfer service for drivers from the end of the route to the starting point.
The route may be subject to variations depending on weather conditions.
It is advisable to leave dry clothes and a towel in the car.
At the end of the activity you will receive the photos taken during the route.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
