Ready to experience a quiet trail that leads to the most amazing views?
Enjoy a horseback ride of approximately 1 hour and a half, starting from Hinojares and ascending to natural viewpoints with spectacular panoramic views of the Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. A leisurely ride through semi-desert landscapes and mountain views, perfect to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings on horseback.
What we will do
We will meet at the agreed time at the meeting point in Hinojares, where the equestrian guide will welcome us and tell us what the experience will be like. The horses will be ready, but before riding we can approach them calmly, get to know them and create that first bond that makes the ride enjoyable from the first minute.
Before setting off, we will have a brief theoretical introduction of about 10 minutes, where we will learn how to hold the reins, the order of the group and the basic behaviour of the horse, all explained in a simple way so that even those who are riding for the first time will feel safe and calm.
With everything ready, the riding route begins, starting from the centre and gradually gaining altitude. The route crosses a semi-desert landscape that leads us to the first viewpoint, from where we will enjoy panoramic views of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park.
The route continues to a second viewpoint, where the landscape changes completely and the pine forests, valleys and the immensity of the Sierra de Cazorla appear. This is a varied, very visual and peaceful route, ideal for enjoying the surroundings without rushing.
At the end of the route, which takes approximately 1 hour and a half, we will go to a nearby restaurant, where we will enjoy a soft drink or beer accompanied by tapas of traditional cuisine, putting the finishing touch to an experience that combines nature, landscapes and good food.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for children aged 5 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Easy level route, suitable for beginners.
Pregnant women and people with reduced mobility can participate only if they have previous experience on horseback.
Not suitable for wheelchair users .
To ensure the welfare of the horses, the maximum weight allowed is 100 kg.

The activity is available all year round, from Monday to Sunday.
Groups are small, with a maximum of 7 participants.
There is free parking at the meeting point. Access by public transport is limited, with bus from Jaén.
Pets are not allowed during the activity.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
