Full description
Fancy touring the coast of Tenerife... but in style? Forget the tourist bus. Here we're talking engine noise, sunglasses and wind in your face.
Hop in a buggy and let yourself be driven along the most iconic roads in the south of the island, from Los Cristianos to La Caleta, with the ocean on one side and the most famous places on the other: the Hard Rock Café, Las Verónicas, Puerto Colón... you drive, Tenerife shines.
And if that's not enough, a stop at a volcanic beach awaits you for a swim and a taste of local flavours.
What we will do
The meeting point is in Arona 20 minutes before departure time. Upon arrival, our guide will give us a brief safety briefing to prepare us before we get into the buggy.
We will start the engines and begin the tour crossing Los Cristianos, Playa Las Vistas and El Camisón, getting into the unique atmosphere of the south of Tenerife. We will drive along the famous "Miglio d'Oro" of Las Americas, with an obligatory visual stop in front of the Hard Rock Café.
We continue towards one of the most famous bars of the island, El Metropolis, from where we can enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean and watch the surfers taming the waves.
The tour continues along the lively Paseo de Las Americas, passing the famous Las Veronicas area, the Papagayo discotheque, Playa La Troya and the legendary Monkey Beach Club, until we reach Puerto Colon, one of the most important marinas on the island.
We will follow the coastline admiring Torviscas, Playa Fañabé and El Duque, and finally we will arrive at La Caleta, one of the most exclusive areas of Tenerife, where we will stop for 30 to 45 minutes at a spectacular volcanic beach.
Here we will have time to taste typical products and, if we feel like it, take a refreshing swim in the ocean. Afterwards, we will take the buggies again to drive along the coast in the opposite direction and return to the base.
The total duration of the experience is 2 and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for beginners and for all kinds of people. People with reduced mobility can also take part: wheelchairs fit in the buggy without any problem. There are no weight or height restrictions.
To drive the buggy you must have a valid B driving licence and carry it in its original form on the day of the activity. Foreign licences are also valid, even for children under 18 years of age if they are allowed to drive in their own country.
The minimum age to participate as a passenger is 2 years old. Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
