SUP route through the Entremon canyon and reservoirs of the Huesca Pyrenees

Experience a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) expedition through the most spectacular landscapes of the Pyrenees, where turquoise waters and large rock walls are the protagonists. In this 2-hour adventure, you will explore secluded areas and deep canyons with the safety of a professional guide. It is the perfect combination of sport, relaxation and fascinating learning about the fauna and geological history of Sobrarbe.

What we will do

We will meet at the agreed time at the meeting point in the Entremón Canyon or on the banks of the Mediano reservoir. Our guides will meet us there to welcome us and we will be equipped with everything we need for our adventure: SUP boards, paddles and safety waistcoats . Before getting into the water, we will have a brief theoretical and practical training so that, even if it is our first time, we feel safe and in total control of the board.

Once in the water, the trip begins. We will sail through the calm and intense turquoise waters of the Grado or Mediano reservoirs. Our favourite spots: the spectacular Entremón canyon and the Torre de Mediano with panoramic views of the Monte Perdido massif and Peña Montañesa. In the canyoned areas we will feel the immensity of the vertical walls while our guide reveals the secrets of the flora, fauna and geological formation of this protected environment. On our way, we will see the majestic flight of the birds of prey that nest and perch on the cliffs.

Halfway through the day, we will take the opportunity to make a strategic stop where we can have lunch, rest and enjoy the absolute silence of this solitary spot. We will feel the freshness of the Pyrenees in every corner, exploring caves that are only accessible from the water.

Finally, after 2 hours of pure navigation, we will return to the starting point with a camera full of photos and the satisfaction of having conquered one of the wildest corners of Huesca. The total duration of the experience (including preparation and time for lunch) is approximately 3 and a half hours.

Who it is aimed at

This experience is suitable for everyone. No previous paddle surfing experience is necessary.

Minimum age is 5 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The use of a life jacket is compulsory for all participants. It is not essential to know how to swim to enjoy the route, but it is required not to be afraid of water.

It is necessary to inform the organisers in advance of the weight and height of the participants in order to adjust the equipment. You will receive the contact details in the confirmation email.

In case of reduced mobility, you should contact our customer service in advance to verify if the experience is suitable.

Other information

The experience is available all year round (in the colder months, only suitable for children aged 12 and over) .

The sailing location may vary (Cañón del Entremón, Embalse del Grado or Mediano) depending on the time of year.

The activity requires a minimum of 3 people (except in summer) with a maximum of 8.

The meeting point has free and paid parking and is accessible by bus.

Pets are not allowed on the SUP, but can stay at the meeting point.

It is essential to have a vehicle to travel from the office to the starting point.
