Swap the tarmac for the trails of the Canal Imperial de Aragón on a 1 or 2 hour horseback ride designed for all levels, through the natural landscapes of El Burgo de Ebro, just a stone's throw from Zaragoza. You'll ride through meadows and fields along the canal with the peace of mind of being accompanied by an expert guide, finishing the adventure with a drink and a snack to recharge your batteries.
What we will do
We will meet 10 minutes before the agreed time at the meeting point at the equestrian centre in El Burgo de Ebro, a privileged setting just a few kilometres from the centre of Zaragoza. Our experience will start with a warm welcome and the handing over of the safety helmets. Once we are ready, we will get on the horses, which are already prepared, and before we start, we will receive some basic notions from our guide about the handling and guidance of the horse, as well as resolving any doubts we may have so that we can enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind.
And now yes, we will adjust the reins and the route begins. The activity lasts 1 or 2 hours, depending on the option we choose during the booking, and runs entirely along an extensive network of paths without the need to ride on tarmac. We will ride along the paths of the Canal Imperial de Aragón, which offer us flat and wide paths that run along the banks of the river. Along the way, we will cross orchards, fields and lush riverside forests, enjoying a landscape with abundant vegetation and wooded areas. With a bit of luck, we may be able to spot local fauna such as rabbits or roe deer in their natural habitat.
At the end of the route, we will return to the facilities to relax and enjoy a refreshment and a snack (sweet or savoury) to share the sensations of the adventure. This is the perfect way to disconnect and enjoy the peace and quiet of the canal bank before saying goodbye.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for children aged 3 and over, as the organisers also have ponies available.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult or present a signed authorisation.
No previous experience is necessary; the ride is adapted to your level and, if necessary, there will be a lesson on the track to test your skills.
It is important to mention to the organisers if you have ridden a horse before or if it is your first time.
To ensure the welfare of the animals, the maximum weight allowed is 100 kg.
The activity is not recommended for pregnant women, although they can do it at their own risk.
The activity is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.

The activity is available all year round from Tuesday to Sunday.
Free parking is available at the meeting point. Access by public transport is not recommended.

Groups are small, with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 participants.
Pets are not allowed on the farm to guarantee the peace of mind of the animals that live there in freedom.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
