Enjoy an expedition of up to 1 hour and 45 minutes in a tandem buggy through Navacerrada and Las Dehesas de Cercedilla. Drive in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama in Madrid, and forget about routine with a typical aperitif (optional) in a rustic restaurant with the best views. An adventure suitable for all levels.

What we will do

Our expedition starts at the meeting point in Navacerrada, Madrid, where we will meet 30 minutes before the booking time to get everything ready. After a welcome and a briefing on safety and vehicle operation, we will familiarise ourselves with the controls of our two-seater buggies. Once we've strapped on our goggles, we'll start our engines for approximately 1 hour to drive through the village of Navacerrada and head towards Cercedilla.

We will leave the asphalt behind to enter Las Dehesas, a privileged enclave within the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park. We will drive through dense Scots pine forests and fresh water streams; this environment is home to animals such as roe deer and red squirrels, so we may see one or the other scampering or hiding in the vegetation. We will stop at the famous natural pools to capture the moment with amazing photos in the middle of nature.

Halfway through the tour, we will take a break of about 20 minutes at a rustic country restaurant that offers breathtaking views. If you have selected this option when booking, we will enjoy together an aperitif including a couple of tapas, such as local sausages, and a non-alcoholic drink. This is the perfect moment to relax and share the sensations of the route before returning to the route and completing the tour of the rest of the natural park.

Finally, we will set off on the return journey, passing through the heart of the mountain range again until we reach the starting point. In total, between preparations, route and aperitif, we will live an experience of between 1 hour and a half and 1 hour and 45 minutes that perfectly mixes the adrenaline of the buggies with the serenity and the authentic flavour of the Sierra Norte de Madrid.

Who it is aimed at

It is an easy level adventure, designed for beginners and perfect for sharing with family or couples.

The driver must be over 18 years of age and present a valid driving licence.

If you come as a tourist, remember to bring your passport along with your country's driving licence (original and physical) .

For passengers, a minimum height of 1. 35 m is recommended.

Minors participating in the activity must always be accompanied by an adult.

Pregnant women can take part in the activity at their own risk.

Due to the technical characteristics of the vehicles, the experience is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs.

The experience is available all year round, from Monday to Sunday.

Please note that this is a shared activity and the organisers confirm the departure when a minimum of 2 vehicles are reached. The maximum group size is 12 people in 6 two-seater buggies.

The meeting point has free parking and is easily accessible by public transport.

You should arrive 30 minutes before the meeting point.

The aperitif is an optional extra that you can add during the booking process at a cost of €12 per person. It includes a couple of tapas, such as local cured meats, and a non-alcoholic drink.

Alternatives for vegetarians and people with food intolerances are also available . Please contact the organisers in advance. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.

If you would like a professional souvenir of the adventure, the organisers offer a photo and video pack for an additional €30. Just let us know in advance so that we can organise the equipment.

Pets are not allowed during the experience or at the meeting point. The organisers do not have a designated area for them to wait safely during the route.
