An hour and a half to trace your route over the snow.
This snowmobile route through the Sierra de la Partacua is the perfect way to discover the valleys of Tena and Escarra. With an expert guide you can discover an ancient glacial cirque, the lakes of Las Paules and Escarra and even a shepherd's hut at 1, 900 metres above sea level.

What we will do
The appointment will be 10 minutes before the booked time, at the roundabout between Tramacastilla de Tena and Sandiniés. The team will meet us there to confirm the booking and get ready with the necessary equipment.
We will be in a privileged location, very close to Formigal and Panticosa . We will start with a 10 minutes briefing to learn how to handle the bike and to know the safety rules (posture, distance between bikes and guide's signals) . After a few metres of practice, we will set off in a line along authorised tracks in the Sierra de la Partacua and its two valleys: Tena and Escarra.
We will go into an ancient glacial cirque whose walls rise more than 600 metres. We will continue through the virgin valley and make a stop at an old shepherd's refuge at an altitude of 1, 900 metres, perfect for photos and to breathe in the mountain.
The route will also take us to two high mountain lakes: the Ibón de las Paules and the Ibón de Escarra. If the conditions allow it, we will be able to get close to their frozen banks and enjoy the winter views in complete safety, always following the guide's indications.
Afterwards, we will return to the starting point. The snowmobile route will last approximately 1 hour and a half.
The total duration of the experience is 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary and you can participate as a passenger from 5 years of age.
To drive the motorbike you must be at least 25 years old and have held a B driving licence for at least 1 year . Any foreign licence valid in Spain is accepted.
The activity is not accessible for people with motor disabilities.

Other information
The activity is available from approximately December to April. Please note that this is a weather dependent experience and may be subject to change at the discretion of the guide.
Accompanying persons who do not participate can stay in the village of Tramacastilla de Tena. They will have to take care of possible pets.
Free parking is available near the meeting point. The area is very difficult to reach by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
